SHOPUST.COM will honor any valid return request. In order to expedite returns, it is strongly recommended that Marine Insurance is purchased at the time of your checkout. If the product received is damaged in any way, you purchase is covered for that damage and a claim can be issued for the reimbursement for the cost of the goods, or for the cost of replacement.

Purchases Covered with Maritime Insurance
In the event your goods are received, but are damaged in transit, your purchase is covered. SHOPUST.COM will begin to immediately assist with the claims submissions, any documentation that may be needed to file such a claim.

Purchases Not Covered with Maritime Insurance
If Maritime Insurance was not purchased at the time of checkout, your items will be shipped at your own risk. In the event your goods are received, but are damaged in transit, your items will not be covered and you will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred for the return of the items, and will likely incur the cost of replacement.

Manufacturer Defect
In the event the items purchased are defective for any reason, SHOPUST.COM will return the items, at no cost to the consumer, to the supplier for immediate replacement. Items must be returned in the original packaging, along with a copy of paid receipt, to our local agent. If defect was not of the manufacturers origin, costs incurred for the return and likely replacement of the product will be charged back to the consumer.

SHOPUST.COM will accept refunds requests if:

In the event a refund is necessary, items must be received prior to refund acceptance and before any funds are released. SHOPUST.COM will issue a company check for any payment made in cash, by money order, or company check to SHOPUST.COM within 30 days of refund acceptance. If the payment was made by credit card, a credit will be issued to the cards account.
