MINIMUM ORDER
There are no minimum orders at ShopUST.com. However, items are
sold in cases for some products and in those instances
cases cannot be broken down.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY RATES
At SHOPUST.com, we export to the
following countries (country listing). For deliveries outside of these
locations, please contact us at customerservice@ShopUST.com in
order for a freight quotation to be established. Delivery rates are determined
by the total weight or measurement of the product/s; whichever is greater. At
the point of checkout, a determination of delivery charges shall be provided.
Methods of delivery include: air and ocean. All delivery charges are clearly
indicated prior to finalization of your checkout. However, ShopUST.com does not
include charges for value added taxes and fees or other government required
taxes at your destination. These taxes are to be paid by customers in their
respective countries.
Shipping Agencies
ShopUST.com currently has agencies
located within the following countries (agency listing) and will notify
customers when their products arrive at the desired location (ports). If
customers purchasing from ShopUST.com have a preferred Broker within their
countries, please contact us via email or phone and all documentation will be
forward to your Broker. Please note that all charges that are associated with the clearing of
merchandize by the Broker must be paid directly by the customer.
HANDLING/PROCESSING FEE
For items that are bulky, above a
certain weight, or require additional handling or processing, a
handling/processing fee shall be charged. This handling/processing fee, if
applicable, shall be indicated prior to the finalization of your checkout.
HAZARDOUS ITEMS FEE
Products that are considered by US Custom to be hazardous shall be assessed and
an additional hazardous fee will be applied. This hazardous item fee, if
applicable, shall be indicated prior to the finalization of your checkout.

order in writing and receive a full refund.

In the event that ShopUST.com is unable to provide the purchased items,

RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. However, you may cancel an order within twenty four (24)

Defective Items

The customer pays freight on defective returns to the SHOPUST.COM designated shipping warehouse for your region. With case number in hand SHOPUST.COM will exchange the DSR922 receiver up 30 days from SHOPUST.COM’s invoice at Seattle warehouse only. Please call a SHOPUST.COM representative and ask for the returns dept to receive an RA number and shipping instructions.
Free To Air Receivers

SHOPUST.COM will exchange the Bekin Modems that have an initial failure within 30 days from the SHOPUST.COM original invoice to the customer.
Freight Damaged Products
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all shipments upon arrival for damage
of any kind and indicate all damage, or potential damage, on the truck delivery
receipt in the presence of the delivering driver. Immediately contact SHOPUST.COM office and SHOPUST.COM will initiate a freight claim with the carrier. If the damage is not indicated on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves, (concealed damage) SHOPUST.COM must be notified within 15 days of the delivery. SHOPUST.COM cannot guarantee a concealed damage claim will have any reimbursement value but will do our best to work with the carrier on your behalf. Beyond 15 days, the customer has full responsibility for any damage found.
New Un-Opened Returns
New and un-opened returns for any reason will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. No returns of any kind accepted beyond 120 days from original SHOPUST.COM’s invoice to customer

Should you place an order for an item currently out of stock, you will be

be held liable for any damage or lost that might occur during shipping (ocean
