MINIMUM ORDER

There is no minimum order at ShopUST.com. However, items are sold in cases for some products and in those instances cases cannot be broken down.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY RATES

At SHOPUST.com, we export to the following locations: Jamaica, Barbados, Bahamas, Trinidad and Toboga, and Belize. For deliveries outside of these locations, please contact us directly at customerservice@ShopUST.com. Delivery rates are determined by the total weight or measure whichever is greater, product, method of delivery and the destination of the delivery at ocean port of call or airport. Upon final product checkout, a determination of delivery charges shall be provided. Methods of delivery include: air and ocean. All delivery charges are clearly indicated prior to finalization of your checkout. However, ShopUST.com does not include charges for value added taxes and fees or other government required taxes at your destination. Those taxes are to be paid directly by the customer and are not included in the final checkout price.

ADDITIONAL COSTS AT PORT OF CALL OR AIRPORT

HANDLING/PROCESSING FEE

For items that are bulky, above a certain weight, or require additional handling or processing, a handling/processing fee shall be charged. This handling/processing fee, if applicable, shall be indicated prior to the finalization of your checkout.

HAZARDOUS ITEMS FEE

Items considered by SHOPUST.com to be hazardous shall be assessed an additional hazardous item fee. This hazardous item fee, if applicable, shall be indicated prior to the finalization of your checkout.

SHOPUST.com delivers directly to Jamaica, Barbados, Bahamas, Trinidad and Tobogo, and Belize. For all other locations, please contact us directly at customerservice@ShopUST.com. DELIVERY OPTIONS

ShopUST.com offers ocean and air delivery options. Charges for these options will be provided at checkout.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

ShopUST.com wants to make sure you receive your order as quickly as possible. Should receiving your order take more than thirty (30) days, you may cancel the order in writing and receive a full refund.

UNAVAILABLE OR DISCONTINUED ITEMS

In the event ShopUST.com is unable to provide the purchased items, ShopUST.com will offer a full refund.

ORDER TRACKING

For order tracking, go to My Account. You will be at the log in page. Please log in. You will be directed to the Account History page. A full history of purchase orders will be displayed with individual links for each order.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. However, you may cancel an order within twenty four (24) hours after checkout at no charge. For more information on cancellation, contact customer service at (305) 889-3347.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY POLICY

Out of respect for our customers privacy, we will never sell, rent or otherwise share your personal information with any outside companies. For the safety and security of our online customers, we employ 128-bit encryption and are a Verisign trusted site. We do not store credit card information on our servers. BACKORDERS

Should you place an order for an item currently out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible either via telephone or e-mail of the situation and presented with further options for your review.

INSURANCE

ShopUST.com does not provide insurance of any kind for freight. However, you may obtain insurance at your own cost. For more information on insurance, please [click here]. If you choose to purchase insurance, any cost for insurance shall be included in the checkout price. ShopUST.com is not responsible for any goods damaged in transit. If you do not select to purchase insurance, risk of loss during transit will be your responsibility. ShopUST shall not be responsible for risk of loss in transit.

CHOICE OF LAW/CHOICE OF FORUM

Should any litigation arise concerning any transaction with ShopUST.com, the customer agrees that this agreement shall be interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida in the United States of America. The customer further agrees that the agreed upon and proper jurisdiction and venue for filing a lawsuit for any claim shall be exclusively in Miami-Dade County, Florida in the United States to the exclusion of all other jurisdictions and customer agrees to submit to said jurisdiction.
