Shipping Policies

We currently ship to the all continental United States including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.　ShopUST also ships products internationally (including Canada) to the final destination of our customers. For further information regarding international shipping, please contact us at 1 305 889 3347 or 866 410 7528. We do not ship to any address that UPS or Fedex cannot deliver to. This includes APO and PO Box addresses

Most orders are shipped within 1 business day from the time the order is placed and takes between 1 to 6 business days to reach final destination (within United States).　Orders placed after 2PM on Fridays will not be shipped until the next working day. Our order cutoff time is 2PM EST. Please note that this is our cutoff time for us to receive order placed on our website.　Currently, ShopUST holds each order for a minimum of　90 minutes and may hold the order longer　during the　payment screening process.　 We therefore suggest placing the order no later than 12PM EST for same day shipping.　We cannot be held liable for order not shipped as requested because it was placed after the stipulated cut off time.　In the event that an Item is out of stock, you will be notified within 1 business day.

ShopUST currently ships from 15 warehouses located within the United States, and as a result, products ordered are shipped from the closest warehouse of the final destination of the product. If you require a more precise shipping estimate, please call or email us with the item you are purchasing and we will let you know an estimated delivery time.
